Requirements:
Successful candidates must have a masters/doctoral degree in industrial/organizational or educational psychology, or related discipline, with emphasis on design of measurement instruments and related statistical procedures. Candidates must also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands a high level of commitment to one's own continuous growth and development, as well as have a willingness to travel, strong computer skills and a commitment to our firm's values. Work experience in a corporate setting is a plus.

We are currently searching for individuals with a strong background in the assessment of individual and organizational performance to participate in the
growth of our diagnostics business. We are committed to the premise that reliable measurement of success factors can provide enormous return on investment to the business leaders with whom we partner.
