We are currently searching for individuals with a strong background in the assessment of individual and organizational performance to participate in the growth of our diagnostics business. Successful candidates must have a masters/doctoral degree in industrial/organizational or educational psychology, or related discipline, with emphasis on design of measurement instruments and related statistical procedures. Candidates must also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands a high level of commitment to one's own continuous growth and development, as well as have a willingness to travel, strong computer skills and a commitment to our firm's values. Work experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
